Usage tracking
Your storage usage is calculated from the compressed size of all active mission ZIPs. Monthly visits are counted across all your missions combined, reset on the 1st of each month.
You can see your current usage on the /billing page.
What happens when you hit a limit
Storage over 25 MB: pay-per-weight billing applies automatically (add a card, or your account is capped until you free up space) — see the overage rate on the /pricing page.
Visit limit: no new visits are counted; your sites stay live but the counter stops.
Mission limit: the '+New mission' button is disabled until you delete a mission or upgrade.
No surprise charges — you're always shown the estimated cost before anything is billed.
Upgrading to Paid
Billing is self-serve: go to the /upgrade page in your account and complete a one-time PayPal purchase. Access unlocks immediately after payment — no waiting on support, no manual activation.
Refund policy
moonbase is in early access — all Paid upgrades during the beta are treated as founding member prices and are non-refundable. If you have a problem, email support and we'll make it right.
